Food, Lodging or Recreational New License: If you are applying and paying for a new license, or change of ownership:

1. Complete the APPLICATION., and send to the Langlade County Health Department by mail or email at health@co.langlade.wi.us

2. Pay the appropriate fees (including pre-inspection fee & annual fee).

3. Complete a pre-inspection. We will contact you to schedule a pre-inspection.

NOTE: You may not operate under the new license until the pre-inspection is complete and the license has been issued.

Water Lab Fees: You may make a payment by entering the amount on the bill that was sent to you.
