Oneida County accepts only 2nd installment or Delinquent tax payments made through Point and Pay. Payments will take approximately 3 business days to post to outstanding taxes. Point and Pay will charge credit card payments an additional 2.39% on payment amount and eCheck payments an additional $1.50 up to $10,000 and $10 charge for eCheck payments over $10,000. Payment withdrawn from Oneida County by Point and Pay for unpaid funds will result in the tax payment being deleted and a $20 fee charged.
